Arby n Chief

I've always loved this pose of the arbiter and the chief. I've seen it many times on google. I haven't been in the mood to draw for ages. I sorta forced myself into this one. some parts look awkward and rigid, cuz well.. i'm not in the drawing mood haha.
But I guess, after the photoshop coloring.. it turned out okay.

pencil + photoshop = roughly 3 hours
